Creating an Event

Events are a great way to promote special occasions – they are easily shared and sometimes take on a life of their own!

Make sure you create your event as the Page so the link goes back to your Page and not to your profile!

Enter all the pertinent information into the first window. Don’t forget to include information about time and place as well as where people can get tickets…..

Make sure you select an event picture to make your post stand out!

When you are happy with your event, don’t forget to share it on your wall.

Once you RSVP to the event you can then share it with your friends.
