Norm Letnick
Norm Letnick is currently the Chair of the Select Standing Committee on Health and serves on the Legislative Review Committee. Previously, he was on the Select Standing Committees on Public Accounts, as well as Finance and Government Services. He is also the President, Francophone Parliamentary Assembly, B.C. Section. He previously served on Kelowna City Council from 2005-2008. Norm is currently working toward a Ph.D. in health economics at UBC Okanagan. His thesis focus is on the effectiveness of Divisions of Family Practice
Jessica Samuels
Jessica is a graduate of BCIT’s Broadcast Journalism program getting her start in the industry was as a producer. She’s worked with a few of the province’s well known broadcasters such as Bill Good, Rafe Mair and Vicki Gabereau where she won a Gemini Award. Since arriving in Kelowna in 2005 you will have seen her working for Shaw TV’s Okanagan Today, heard her as Morning Show Co-Host at Vernon’s 107.5 Kiss FM, or on AM1150 in Kelowna as the Afternoon News Anchor or during her Afternoon Drive Show ‘Jacked In’.
Recently, Jessica switched careers and joined the ‘other side’ now using, her knowledge of the media for the forces of good. She works at Kelowna’s Gospel Mission as the 30K Club Coordinator, a non-profit organization focused on moving individuals from homelessness to wholeness.

Interesting post , Just want to share . Pro-democracy sympathizers across the world retweeted and shared the updates, even as the Egyptian government disabled cellphone towers and blocked Twitter in an attempt to censor the material
